Per the plan, you receive 1-5 sessions for help or referral regarding:
Family Problems: Marital, Child or Adolescent Depression or Behavior Issues.
Individual Issues: Stress, Depression, Anger, Loss and Anxiety
Per the plan you may also receive Legal Assistance:
Referral (if needed) to a lawyer in your area who will represent you at a reasonable rate.
To access a lawyer call: (847) 699-3399 x8 Monday-Saturday from 9-5 p.m. and we will connect you to an attorney (85% of the time we will be able to have a lawyer return your call the same day.)
